Oftentimes, to keep the premiums for your plan selections reasonable, we have to create plans that offer high deductibles for inpatient, outpatient, emergency services and diagnostic procedures.  To 'fill the gap' we offer programs and services to help your team to supplement the large deductibles and/or co-pays.   These supplemental plans can be completely voluntary paid (paid by the employee) or they can be employer sponsored to build loyalty and round out the benefit package.
